Who processes your data

David Toledo Romero (Kuraianto), Hanswijkstraat 74, 2800 Mechelen, Belgium. Email: info@kuraianto.com.

What data we collect and why

  • Quote form: your name, email, the service you need and, if you give them, your phone number, website and message. We also store the language and, if you came from an ad or a link, its source. We only use this to reply and prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent and steps before a contract.
  • Clients: contact and billing details, to carry out the project and send invoices. Legal basis: the contract and our legal obligations.
  • Security: the IP address of login attempts to the admin area, to protect the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Form requests are deleted automatically after 12 months. Invoices and client data are kept as long as tax law requires. The security log is deleted after 12 months.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Hostinger), our email provider, and our accountant for invoices. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent by writing to info@kuraianto.com. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Statistics without cookies

To know which pages are useful, we count visits, the page visited, the website you came from (for example Google), whether you use a phone or a computer, and clicks on the email address or on the price calculator. We do this without cookies and without storing your IP address or any data that identifies you. The figures are kept as daily totals for up to 13 months.

Advertising measurement

If you accept cookies, Google receive information about your visit and about actions such as sending the form or clicking the email address, so we can see which ads bring customers. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings. These providers may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
